The Global and Spain IT Operations Team responsible for operating, maintaining, and developing all ICT Core Services within ERNI Group is searching for IT Support in our Barcelona office. 🕵️♂️Full day/midday internship contract.
To be a best fit for this project you will need:
- Computers, computing, and network understanding.
- Communicative personality with a proactive approach.
- Independent and logical thinking.
- English language level: B2.
- Part time 20h.
You will be responsible for:
- Point of Contact for employees within the Barcelona office.
- Providing the initial and core support, on-site and remote, for company HW, SW, and internal systems (Windows 11, MacOS, Mail, O365, and Videoconferences).
- Install, mount, care, and replace the user infrastructure, such as computers, meeting room equipment, and other peripherals.
- Assisting the remote IT infrastructure team.
- Managing the assets and the asset database (Computers, peripherals, Videoconferences devices).
- Occasional possibility to travel to other ERNI sites such as Sn. Cugat, Valencia, and Madrid.
